Week 1: Expectation vs Reality (Psychologist-led group)

Explore the expectations of becoming a parent and compare them to the realities and challenges encountered in the early stages of parenthood.

Week 2: Loss (Psychologist-led group)

Delve into the emotional journey of coping with loss, especially when unexpected circumstances arise throughout the parenting journey.

Week 3: Is this the Baby Blues? (Psychiatrist-led group)

Understand the clinical aspects of perinatal mental health, including key symptoms, conditions to watch for, and available treatment options.

Week 4: Rediscovering Yourself (OT-led group)

Find balance in your new role as a parent while engaging in meaningful activities. Redefine your identity without losing the essence of who you were before parenthood.

Week 5: Attachment (Psychologist-led group)

Learn the importance of parent-child attachment and practical techniques to strengthen this bond, deepening connection, understanding, and trust.

Week 6: The Us in This (Psychologist-led group)

Equip yourself with tools to strengthen your relationship amidst the joys and challenges of parenthood (Partners welcome),
